Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened perfumes
  • Products purchased under discounts or promotional sales
  • Orders placed outside India

Refund Policy

🔹 Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15-20 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • In case of COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer after confirmation.

Exchange Policy

💡 If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  • After verification, we will ship the replacement within 5-7 business days.

📦 Steps for Returns:
1️⃣ Contact us via email or phone within 15 days of receiving the product.
2️⃣ Provide order details & images of the product for verification.
3️⃣ After approval, securely pack & ship the product to our return address.
4️⃣ Once received & inspected, we will initiate your refund/exchange.


Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Effusion reserves the right to reject returns if the product is found to be used or tampered with.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after inspection.
